The clock portion appears to work well, however, if you select radio there is nothing on the display to tell you to what station you are listening. This is touted as an AM/FM radio clock. I am extremely sorry that I bought this item.
At first, I just ignored it, but now it's beyond frustrating. Multiple parts of the LCD display have burnt out over a little more than a year's time. They are not willing to help me at all because it's been over a year since I purchased the clock.Buyer beware. I took a chance and bought this, even after reading some of the other negative reviews. I take great care of my electronics, so I thought maybe I wouldn't have any problems. I called RCA (and it's very hard to find a phone number for them), and they have terrible customer service.
I have to press it in on an angle and very hard to turn off the alarm. Without repeating all the pros others have listed, I just wanted to say it's a great clock with one problem - the buttons are poorly built.I've had the clock 2 weeks and already the off button is breaking. I really hope it doesn't get any worse. If your buttons hold up, this is a really good alarm clock.
The only issue I had was figuring out how to toggle between alarm 1 and 2 and that was probably just my inability to read instructions correctly. I bought this based upon other reviews and was not disappointed. This is well worth it.
It's bright, acurate, and blends in with any current plasma/hd TV, also perfect for a bedroom, easy to read at night
